Job summary

Work closely with business partners to identify requirements, develop roadmaps, and ensure data integrity across HR systems. The role requires strong project management and consulting skills, with preference for SaaS HCM experience and Workday certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years direct HCM solutions experience.
• SaaS HCM environment experience preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven consulting and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and plan technology projects within HR Technology.
• Maintain technology roadmaps and release processes.
• Configure and audit HCM systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide guidance to super users and training materials.
• Ensure data integrity across workstreams and integrations.
• Lead cross-workstream projects.
