Job summary

Jobgether seeks a senior HR technology architect to own the enterprise HR tech ecosystem. You will guide architecture, configure platforms, and ensure security and reliability across HR systems.

You will lead complex releases, upgrades, and major implementations while mentoring peers and improving documentation. This role requires hands‑on engineering with strategic collaboration across HR, IT, Legal, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HRIS or HR systems experience with senior‑level responsibilities.
• Hands‑on HR platform configuration and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading system releases, upgrades, and implementations.
• Strong access governance, data security, and HR technology controls.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical SME across HR technology platforms and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Design scalable HR tech solutions addressing current and future business needs.
• Lead system releases, upgrades, and major implementations with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop role‑based access, permissions, and security frameworks aligned with governance.
• Monitor performance and implement enhancements for reliability and user experience.
• Mentor engineers and coordinators; strengthen documentation and change logs.
• Support data privacy, regulatory requirements, and audits across HR tech.
