Job summary

StandTogether is seeking a Senior HR Technology Product Manager to lead the HRIS landscape (UKG) and supporting systems across Talent. You’ll partner with HR Leadership and IT to shape platform strategy, improve system health, and align decisions with governance and architecture best practices.

In this role, you will translate priorities into clear roadmaps, stabilize partially built implementations, and drive enterprise-wide HR tech initiatives with a principled, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or managing enterprise technology platforms such as HRIS/ERP systems.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into system strategy, governance, and execution plans.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and data teams.
• Technical foundation to inform product thinking and system architecture decisions.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (UKG/Workday) and data governance.
• Experience implementing governance models and prioritization frameworks in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT partner for HR technology, linking HR leadership and IT to build a shared platform roadmap.
• Assess and stabilize the current HR tech ecosystem, identify gaps, clarify ownership, and define a path forward.
• Define POV documentation for HR systems and the broader tech landscape.
• Establish a single intake and prioritization model for HR technology work and align with HR/IT stakeholders.
• Translate recurring system pain points into actionable improvements and coordinate tests and releases.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT and shared services to align HR system and data architecture.
• Ensure HR technology decisions support data reliability, analytics, and AI enablement.
