U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide the Workday HCM product strategy and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams across business lines, technology, and experience to translate strategy into actionable work and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes customer-centric product development, agile execution, and delivering value across complex HR technology landscapes. Office presence is required three+ days a week at hub locations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of product management experience, with significant Workday HCM exposure.
• Ownership of product strategy and delivery across complex product areas.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes and align stakeholders across functions.

Responsabilités

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet needs while focusing on employee and manager experience.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to define and drive product strategy across lines, tech and experience teams.
• Own and drive OKRs for Workday HCM processes and related product experiences.
• Define and evolve Workday HCM product strategy and ensure successful roadmap execution.
• Prioritize and collaborate with analytics, risk and configuration teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
