Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Senior Product Manager, HR Technology to drive initiatives from idea to launch in a hybrid Seattle office. You will partner across HR domains to deliver scalable, user-centric tools that improve employee and manager experience while ensuring compliance.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle, work with Workday modules, write PRDs, and develop multi-year roadmaps. Strong collaboration, data-driven decisions, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the product management discipline, preferably in HR technology or workforce platforms.
• 2+ years in the Workday ecosystem, with hands-on experience across one or more modules (e.g., Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits).
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of an HR technology product lifecycle and multiple launches.
• Strong understanding of HR operational workflows, data privacy compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensures seamless collaboration with business, operations and technology for impactful product deliveries.
• Leads HR technology launches and develops multi-year roadmaps aligned to the company strategy.
• Writes complete product requirements and user stories within domain and drives prioritization of features.
