Job summary

Nordstrom seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead digital data for our multi-billion-dollar digital business. Based in Seattle, this hybrid role requires in-office work at least four days per week at the corporate headquarters to be considered.

You will shape how digital data is collected, governed, and used to inform decisions across the company, partnering with Engineering and Analytics on a multi-year roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with data/analytics focus.
• Led data product direction and influenced senior leaders on data tradeoffs.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms and cloud data warehouses.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and data collection impacts.
• Familiar with modern cloud data platforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define governing, unification, and self-service for digital data.
• Own instrumentation and analytics tooling strategy with engineering.
• Present plans and investment cases to executives in business terms.
• Set priorities and backlog for a data engineering team.
• Improve data quality and governance across source to reporting.
• Align Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business leaders.
