Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience configuring EC Payroll, Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding.
• UKG Time and Attendance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC Payroll, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
• Support Workforce Analytics and reporting capabilities for data-driven HR decisions.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Design and support business processes, workflows, and rules across talent modules.
• Lead or support implementation and enhancements of new modules and features.
• Manage testing activities, including unit testing, UAT, and regression testing.
