Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document current and future state requirements to support enterprise-wide systems and integrations.
• Create BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex, multi-system initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine features, support backlog grooming, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work with functional, technical, and vendor teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Support integration and interface requirements across multiple enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps early in the project lifecycle and communicate proactively.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with post-implementation enhancements to verify solutions meet business needs.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support a multi-year ERP transformation initiative, with a particular focus on integrations and interfaces. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, document, and validate complex requirements that enhance enterprise systems and cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong requirements gathering and software-delivery skills, with the potential to grow into a Product Owner role. This position is based in Charlotte, with a hybrid schedule that supports work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document current and future state business requirements to support enterprise-wide systems and integrations.
• Develop clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex, multi-system initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine features, support backlog grooming, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with functional, technical, and vendor teams to validate and translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Support integration and interface requirements across multiple enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of software requirements delivery.
• Proven experience documenting complex requirements, especially related to integrations and interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Extensive experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Nice to Have Skills

• SAP or other ERP implementation experience, especially SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms.
• Data analysis skills using SQL queries.
• Experience with Confluence, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar tools.
• Process mapping skills using Visio or related process-design tools.
• UI/UX experience supporting complex features in enterprise applications.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience supporting ERP transformation projects, especially involving integrations.
• Relevant certifications in Agile or Business Analysis (e.g., BAM, CSBA) are a plus.

• This position is based in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid schedule.
• Candidates should be available to start as soon as possible, with an early October start preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
