Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (S4) to support a multi-year ERP transformation initiative in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes integrations, interfaces, and working with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and validate complex requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of experience delivering software requirements.
• Proven ability documenting complex integrations and interfaces.
• Strong collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Extensive experience in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Solid understanding of the full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document current and future state requirements to support enterprise-wide systems and integrations.
• Create BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex, multi-system initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine features, support backlog grooming, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work with functional, technical, and vendor teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Support integration and interface requirements across multiple enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps early in the project lifecycle and communicate proactively.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with post-implementation enhancements to verify solutions meet business needs.
