Job summary

BCforward is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst III to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina, on a hybrid schedule of at least three days onsite per week. The successful candidate will leverage business analysis expertise and Agile tools such as Jira to support mid-sized initiatives and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a closely related role.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead or support mid-sized projects with planning and delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to validate requirements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet goals.
