Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is seeking an experienced HR Programs & Systems Supervisor in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The role combines HRIS administration, project leadership, onboarding, and learning development across multiple locations in the U.S. and internationally.

You will oversee two HR team members, drive automation and process improvements, and partner with Corporate HR. A Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of HR program experience, and ADP expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Advanced experience with ADP or comparable HRIS and workflow technologies.
• Hands-on HRIS administration, configuration, implementation, and workflow development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional expert for ADP and HR technologies, supporting system administration and enhancements.
• Design, build, test, and optimize HRIS processes and automated workflows.
• Translate HR requirements into scalable system configurations and processes.
• Lead enterprise HR projects from planning to implementation and sustainability.
• Oversee onboarding programs, standardized processes, and HR workflows across locations.
• Coordinate performance management, learning development, and LMS administration.
• Supervise two HR team members and collaborate with Corporate HR leadership.
• Travel up to 50%+ as business needs require.
