Job summary

CFS in Wisconsin is seeking an HR Specialist to join our payroll and HR team. The role covers bi-weekly payroll processing, benefits and onboarding support, and HRIS projects, with exposure to audits and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in payroll, experience with ADP or similar systems, and a degree or equivalent experience. This hybrid position offers competitive benefits, PTO and a 401(k) match, with opportunities to grow into broader HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Experience processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms, preferably ADP
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states
• Administer garnishments, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions
• Support onboarding, employment offers, and employee lifecycle administration
• Assist with ADP HRIS enhancements and system-related projects
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring payroll and HR compliance
