Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a Supervisor, Client & Event Solutions in La Crosse, WI to lead a team supporting the Remote Health Readiness Program and other OSHS initiatives. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure client satisfaction while aligning with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; leadership and client-solution experience preferred.
• Ability to lead teams, improve processes and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Must be eligible for U.S. security clearance per DoD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of client and event solution professionals.
• Monitor performance to meet client contractual obligations and ensure quality service.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and standards for efficient operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and improve the client experience.
