You will optimize reporting, train partners, and contribute to innovative HR technology. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years Workday experience across modules are required; strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of Workday experience across 3 modules/areas with hands-on configuration.
• Proficient in Workday Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration recommendations and solutions leveraging Workday.
• Manage agile workflow, backlog, and train partners on new processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and ensure data integrity.
• Stay current on HRIS trends and HRIS tools knowledge.
• Assist with other HR systems and projects.
