LPL Financial is seeking a Sr Analyst of HR Systems in San Diego to work with stakeholders, define complex HRIS problems, and configure Workday solutions. The role may provide secondary support to other HR systems and requires hands‑on Workday configuration across modules.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong consultation skills, agile project management, and the ability to train partners on new processes while maintaining data integrity and comprehensive reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ year(s) experience with Workday in 3 modules/areas including hands‑on configuration.
• Proficient in Workday Reporting.

Responsabilités

• Exceptional consultative approach to understand customer needs, document requirements, and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
• Manage workflow with an agile approach, develop user procedures, guidelines, and job aids, and train business partners and administrators.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support reports or queries; develop standard reports and analyze data to ensure data integrity.
