Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, People Systems and Integrations to lead design, delivery, and support of Workday integrations and HR technology solutions. You will oversee specialized contingent workers and serve as the technical liaison between HR Systems, IT, Security, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidate blends Workday integrations, data management, and HR tech architecture with strong leadership to drive scalable, continuous improvements across the People Technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday and HR technology ecosystems.
• Experience scoping and overseeing the quality of work performed by others.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Integrations, Studio, EIB, APIs, Core Connectors, PECI and payroll integrations.
• Proficiency with XML, XSLT, JSON and REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and data exchanges.
• Lead development and maintenance of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, RaaS, and API integrations.
• Ensure reliable integration between Workday and downstream systems including payroll, benefits, identity management, finance, recruiting, and learning.
• Establish integration standards, governance, monitoring, and documentation practices.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize data quality and system performance.
• Serve as primary liaison between People Systems and Enterprise IT teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to understand requirements and translate them into designs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate executive updates.
• Lead integration-related projects through all phases and coordinate cross-functional teams.
