Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, People Systems and Integrations to lead design, delivery, and support of Workday integrations and related HR tech solutions. You will provide managerial oversight to contingent workers and serve as the primary technical liaison across HR Systems, IT, Security, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday and HR technology ecosystems.
• Experience guiding work of others (direct reports or contingent workers).
• Deep knowledge of Workday Integrations and APIs.
• XML/JSON/REST APIs and SQL data analysis.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and support of Workday integrations and related HR technology solutions.
• Provide managerial oversight to specialized contingent workers and act as technical liaison between HR Systems and IT.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Establish governance, standards, monitoring, and documentation for integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement of data quality, system performance, and operations.
