Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a senior HR leader to serve as a trusted advisor to senior management across multi-state operations. You will shape HR strategy, manage talent, and drive organizational development while ensuring compliance and a high-performing culture.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, compensation guidance, immigration support, and HRIS governance, with emphasis on data-driven decisions to support growth and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with several years of HR experience.
• Five years of HR administration experience or ten years with a High School diploma.
• Experience supporting managers in multi-site or global environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience administering HRIS, employee data management, reporting, and benefits.
• Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to support business decisions.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and structure management.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; HR reporting tools.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Lead talent management, development programs, and succession planning.
• Oversee performance management, objectives, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
• Support change initiatives with effective communication and transition planning.
• Advise on compensation strategies, salary structures, and benefits; oversee open enrollment.
• Collaborate on organizational development and leadership mentoring of HR staff.
• Utilize HR metrics to inform leadership on turnover, engagement and workforce trends.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment and staffing alignment with talent strategy.
• Provide immigration and work authorization support with external counsel as needed.
• Maintain and update organizational structures in HRIS; support restructuring and acquisitions.
