Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Talent Development & Learning Manager to define and deploy the regional L&D strategy across the U.S. & Canada, aligning with global programs and business priorities.

You will support performance, culture enablement, and leadership pipelines within CEVA USA/Canada. The role focuses on delivering high-impact learning solutions, onboarding processes, and ongoing development that fosters growth and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR roles.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to assess and select training vendors.

Responsibilities

• Translate global L&D strategy into a regional roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Deploy leadership, management, behavioral, and functional learning solutions with high impact.
• Ensure consistent, high quality delivery of learning initiatives across USA & Canada.
• Lead and animate the local / regional Development & Learning community.
• Ensure learning activities are tracked and reported in CEVA learning systems.
• Monitor development actions and career discussions, mapping, and progress.
