Job summary

Hilton is seeking a seasoned HR leader to partner with business executives across the Commercial Services function, guiding organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and change initiatives.

You will coach senior leaders, deliver data-driven talent strategies, and align HR plans with Hilton's strategic goals while ensuring compliance and fostering a strong culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of professional experience in a global, matrixed environment.
• Ten (10) years of progressive HR leadership experience in HR Business Partner, HR Consulting, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and/or Employee Relations roles
• Demonstrated responsibility for advising senior business leaders on complex people matters
• Eight plus (8+) years of experience at Director or above level, leading diverse teams
• Travel as needed, up to 25%
• Prior experience as lead HR business partner at the chief executive level
• Prior experience serving as a strategic HR partner to executive-level leaders in highly operational business environments

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton Team Members
• Lead the HR Consulting team supporting the Commercial Services function
• Work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer as a thought partner and strategic advisor
• Lead planning and execution of organizational design, talent management, team member engagement, workforce planning, process improvement, and change implementation strategies
• Align HR strategy and processes with business strategic and operating goals
• Develop talent plans integrating succession, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational design
• Inspire a strong culture of accountability
• Accelerate organizational capability and deliver high-impact enterprise outcomes
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Compliance, HR Centers of Excellence, Regional teams, and governmental agencies as needed
• Navigate complex and sensitive people issues
• Coach senior leaders and build leadership capability
• Advise clients on talent strategy to drive retention, engagement, and performance
• Craft short- and long-term HR plans and initiatives
• Own annual and point-in-time HR process deliverables for internal clients
