Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives and work closely with senior leaders. You will shape workforce planning, lead talent reviews, and drive leadership development across the organization.

The role requires partnering with executives, coaching on performance and development, and leveraging analytics to inform decisions. Travel up to 20% is expected; SPHR/SHRM-SCP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years partnering with senior/executive leaders.
• Minimum 2 years supporting a global business population; willing to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, talent reviews, calibration sessions, and leadership development programs.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, career growth, and organizational effectiveness.
• Use workforce analytics and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive change management and communication strategies for business initiatives and organizational changes.
