Job summary

Hilton in McLean, VA is seeking a Director, HR Consulting to serve as a high‑impact strategic partner to business leaders, shaping the future of our Team Members. You will lead organizational design, talent strategies, and enterprise‑wide HR initiatives while partnering with executives to deliver data‑driven insights and coaching.

You will collaborate with HR COEs and Legal/Finance, turning priorities into clear HR actions that drive performance and engagement across Hilton’s global workforce.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years in a large, global corporate environment.
Four (4) years of management experience.
Three (3) years developing HR strategy aligned with business priorities.
Three (3) years of consulting, PM, or Change Management experience.
Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Shape and lead organizational design and talent strategies with business leaders.
Partner with executive leadership to deliver data‑driven insights and coaching.
Evolve Hilton's global HR toolkit and talent practices.
Translate complex business priorities into actionable HR strategies.
Advise on organizational design, leveling, compensation, and role definition.
