Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner to serve senior leaders within a dynamic financial services environment. You will translate business aims into people strategies, influence leadership teams, and partner with executives to build high‑performing organizations.

You will lead talent strategy, leadership pipelines, succession planning, and change initiatives while leveraging analytics to drive decisions and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders and complex organizations within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and leading organizational change.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align people strategies to business outcomes.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
• Proven ability to leverage analytics and insights to drive decisions and measure impact.
• Exceptional communication, consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior business leaders.
• Translate business objectives into impactful people strategies.
• Influence and constructively challenge leadership teams.
• Partner with executives to build high-performing teams.
• Develop and execute talent strategies and leadership pipelines.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
• Assess workforce requirements and address capability gaps.
• Drive succession planning and talent discussions.
• Advise on performance management and compensation decisions.
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, leadership, and organizational challenges.
• Champion leadership development and talent initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts.
• Use workforce analytics and data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, programs, and operating models.
• Lead and contribute to enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
• Establish metrics and success measures to evaluate outcomes.
