Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR experience with complex employee relations.
• Experience supporting a unionized workforce and labor relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws; compliant decision making.
• Proficiency with ADP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with UKG.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: align HR initiatives with priorities and plans for business units.
• Employee relations investigations: conduct thorough, objective reviews with legal counsel when needed.
• Coach managers on performance, development, and disciplinary actions.
• Union and labor relations: interpret CBAs and support labor-management partnerships.
• Workforce planning and organizational development to support represented employees.
• HR policy interpretation, regulatory guidance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• HR operations: provide services without direct supervisory responsibilities.
