Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director of Human Resources, Core Portfolio, GSC, and Quality, to align workforce strategy with global business objectives from Deer Park, IL. The role reports to the VP of Human Resources and sits on the LBS HR Leadership Team, onsite.

You’ll partner with leaders to improve performance through talent strategy and organizational design. You will influence senior stakeholders, lead large-scale transformations, and steer workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in global organizations.
• Strategic advisor to senior leaders translating business strategy into workforce and talent priorities.
• Expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, succession, and design.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation across global, matrixed environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen guiding talent investments.
