Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, seeks a Global Senior Director for the Danaher Business System (DBS) – Commercial. You will lead DBS deployment across Sales, Marketing and Service, driving continuous improvement and commercial excellence in a fast-paced global environment.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise leadership, DBS/Lean expertise, and the ability to coach executives while shaping strategic planning and policy deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise leadership driving continuous improvement and commercial outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with accountability and impact.
• Partnership with senior leaders across sales, marketing and service is required.
• Strong commercial orientation with go-to-market or revenue focus.
• Deep DBS or Lean management system expertise with analytics/AI integration.
• Experience shaping strategic planning and policy deployment with execution rigor.
• Strong business and financial acumen; ability to prioritize investments and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for deployment of the DBS Commercial Playbook across global commercial teams.
• Set and steer the annual DBS strategic agenda with senior leaders; translate priorities into DBS initiatives.
• Oversee DBS Growth tools such as Funnel Management and Pricing Excellence to boost revenue and efficiency.
• Champion operational excellence by removing workflow barriers and driving simplification across the enterprise.
• Develop DBS capability through executive coaching in Policy Deployment and Daily Management.
• Collaborate with regional and global leaders to align DBS priorities and share best practices.
• Influence DBS tool development and accelerate adoption with the DBS Office.
