BD is a leading global medical technology company focused on advancing health. We seek an Associate Director, HR for PI ISC and Quality to partner with senior leaders, shaping talent strategy, leadership development and organizational effectiveness across the PI manufacturing network.

This on-site role will drive workforce planning, succession planning, and enterprise HR programs, while mentoring the Senior HR Manager, GFO and aligning HR solutions with business priorities.
