Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Broad HR subject matter expertise including HR Generalist/Business Partner.
• Experience delivering HR strategies and solutions for clients.
• Strong leadership with ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Analytical mindset to support data-driven decisions.
• Proven relationship builder, consultant, coach and influencer to senior leaders.
• Experience leading change and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of AI applications to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead an HRBP team and partner with clients and COEs to develop HR strategies.
• Drive day-to-day actions across engagement, relations, development, and workforce strategy.
• Utilize data analytics to measure and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as a key leader within the Business Area and Sector HR teams.
• Lead initiatives impacting the larger organization.
