Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, invites a Senior Director, HRBP Global Commercial to lead HR strategy across Commercial, Services, Product Management and Marketing. You will advise senior leaders, design organizational improvements, and champion data-driven decisions to unlock business value.

This on-site role reports to the VP of HR in Marlborough, MA, with travel about 25%. The incumbent will drive leadership development, succession planning, and governance while aligning HR policies with

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, 15+ years of progressive leadership roles in HR, MBA preferred.
• Progressive experience in strategic HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Experience designing and leading talent and leadership development with leaders.
• Data fluency and use of analytics or AI-enabled tools to inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR management for Commercial, Services, Product Management and Marketing globally.
• Advise senior leaders and build practical people solutions to drive business goals.
• Oversee complex change initiatives, reorganizations, and workforce transitions.
• Travel approximately 25% and partner with Legal, Finance, and COEs on sensitive matters.
