Job summary

Unum is seeking an experienced HR professional to influence and implement talent solutions supporting business objectives. You will build an in-depth understanding of priorities, challenges, and needs while leading change initiatives and coaching leaders to drive organizational change.

You will partner with the AVP, Senior HR Business Partner within the HR Business Support team to influence workforce planning, performance management, and talent development across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in HR with broad HR function knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of change management experience.
• Demonstrated success as an internal consultant.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Skilled facilitator with senior leadership interaction.
• Excellent collaboration across business areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Drive change management plans with stakeholder analyses, communications and training.
• Coach business change leads and senior leaders to build change agility.
• Use data to drive talent discussions and influence decisions.
• Align enterprise HR initiatives with overall HR programs.
• Identify and share scalable solutions across business areas.
