Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategies with university goals, driving talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

The role reports to the Director of HR in Academic Experience and partners with senior leaders to redesign work, build talent density, and elevate organizational effectiveness in a changing AI-enabled landscape.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, labor law, performance management, L&D, organizational development, and compensation/benefits.
• At least 2+ years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Strong problem solving, business acumen, and change leadership skills.
• Experience with AI, HR technology, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies.
• Lead workforce planning and talent reviews.
• Coach leaders to strengthen effectiveness, culture, and career development.
• Drive data-driven decision making with HR analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
