Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-site, matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, compensation, benefits, and HR technology.
• SHRM credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: advise senior leaders, align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Organizational Effectiveness & Design: assess and implement structures supporting priorities and lead change initiatives.
• HRBP Team Development & Coaching: mentor HRBPs to build capability and confidence.
• Cross-Entity Collaboration & Efficiency: lead cross-entity HR projects for efficiency and consistency.
• Enterprise HR Integration: connect Business HR with COEs to shape data-driven programs.
