Responsibilities

• Directs development and implementation of strategic HR solutions across affiliates.
• Consults with leadership to ensure consistent policy implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
• Establishes partnerships with affiliate leaders and educates on HR tools and processes.
• Leads investigations and disciplinary processes; represents Memorial HR in relevant hearings when needed.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and accrediting standards; updates HR policies accordingly.
• Mentors HR staff, conducts performance reviews, and drives a high-performance culture.
