Qualifications

• Basic Education/Experience: a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
• Specialized Experience: 3.5 years of professional HR work in recruitment, placement, examination, position classification, pay/wage administration, employee relations/services, development, labor relations, and HR research.
• Quality of Experience: overall experience must demonstrate scope and level of responsibility.
• Supervisory Aptitude: supervisory ability evidenced by potential.
• Driver's License: valid driver's license at appointment.
