Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with active license to practice law.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on HR and employment compliance across industries.
• Conduct workplace investigations and respond to agency inquiries (EEOC, HCRC, DLIR, DOL).
• Draft contracts, memos, and correspondence; provide internal legal support.
• Monitor changes in federal, state, and local regulations and translate into client guidance.
