Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Sr. HR Specialist to manage the Employee Lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS data management. You will work with leaders, employees, and HR teammates to promote engagement, fairness, and performance as an SME in HR disciplines.

This role leads complex HR processes under the Talent Success Manager, supporting policy questions and data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, talent acquisition, or administrative roles (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HR processes as SME in assigned areas.
• Act as primary contact for employees and managers on HR policy questions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on programs with moderate supervision.
• Coordinate HR audits, compliance programs, and policy updates.
• Mentor junior specialists and support HR leadership with data-driven insights.
• Process HR transactions: hires, terminations, job changes, data updates.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding; maintain HR records and data.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (I-9s, EEO data, audits).
• Respond to data requests for legal matters, audits, and improvements.
