Job summary

Ivanti is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to deliver HR operations excellence for employees and managers across the Americas. You will manage onboarding, lifecycle events, compliance, and data integrity in HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent
• 3–5 years of progressive HR operations, HR generalist, or HR services experience
• Strong knowledge of Americas employment regulations and HR compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, ATS)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to handle sensitive data
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, job changes, transfers, leaves, offboarding)
• Ensure timely processing of HR transactions in HR systems
• Provide guidance on HR policies and respond to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain confidential HR records and data privacy compliance
• Manage data integrity in HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ATS)
• Suggest process improvements and system enhancements
• Deliver high-quality HR operational support to employees and managers
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence
• Support HR operations projects and change management initiatives
• Improve HR processes, documentation, and service delivery
