Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Sr. HR Specialist to drive employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. You will partner with leaders and HR teammates, acting as an SME in HR disciplines, mentoring junior staff, and supporting HR leadership with data-driven insights.

The role reports to the Talent Success Manager and emphasizes engagement, fairness, and performance across the organization. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years HR, recruitment, or administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
• Experience with UKG/HRIS and ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced HR processes as SME in assigned areas.
• Point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies.
• Coordinate HR audits and compliance programs.
• Mentor junior HR staff and support leadership with analysis.
• Process HR transactions: hires, terminations, changes, data updates.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
