Job summary

Aventiv is hiring a Senior HR Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. You will maintain HRIS data, work with leaders and HR teammates to drive engagement and performance, and act as an SME in HR disciplines.

The role leads complex processes, mentors junior staff, and supports Talent Success leadership with analysis and recommendations. Office-based in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, or admin role.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced HR processes and act as SME in HR disciplines.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and HR data updates.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare HR data for audits and legal requests.
• Mentor junior HR specialists and support leadership.
• Respond to policy questions and partner with HRBPs on programs.
