Avnet, a global technology distributor, is seeking an HR professional to deliver expert-level support in Employee Relations, Policy Management, and ADA compliance within a corporate and distribution center setting.

The role partners closely with employees, people leaders, HR Strategic Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence to resolve complex work matters and promote a fair and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Employee Relations, Policy Management, and ADA compliance.
• Supports corporate and business functions and handles escalated concerns.
• Develop and communicate policies ensuring legal compliance and business alignment.
• Conduct training sessions, including new hire orientation and leadership development.
• Leverage data analytics to evaluate HR programs and identify improvements.
• Lead HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
