Job summary

The successful candidate will manage HRIS, coordinate talent programs, and partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate processing and excellent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required, with 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in life sciences or related field.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, administration, performance management, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, and background checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee lifecycle records and HRIS data with confidentiality and compliance.
• Process lifecycle transactions such as promotions, transfers, and leaves of absence.
• Assist with HR audits, regulatory reporting, and policy documentation.
• Support talent management programs and HR reports for decision-making.
