Job summary

Arvato is seeking an HR Manager to lead components of the HR strategy at a local site, including recruiting, talent management, HRIS, benefits, and payroll. You will manage HRIS operations, generate reports, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with IT for audits.

You will refine HR policies, oversee contingent labor, drive performance management, and support career development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Manager or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
• Experience managing a team of HR professionals.
• Experience managing staffing agency partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and ATS.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Oversee contingent labor relationships and staffing strategies.
• Set measurement criteria aligning with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with legal and senior management to mitigate HR risks.
