Job summary

Aventiv Technologies in Plano, TX is seeking a Sr. HR Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, and HRIS data.

This role partners with leaders and HR teammates, acts as SME in HR disciplines, mentors junior staff, and drives engagement, fairness, and performance while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR, talent acquisition, or administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/UKG or ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced HR processes and serve as SME in assigned areas.
• Primary contact for employees and managers on HR policy questions.
• Coordinate HR audits, compliance programs, and policy updates.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Create and maintain HR records in HRIS and other systems.
• Respond to HR data requests for audits and process improvements.
• Mentor junior specialists and support HR leadership.
