Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a dynamic People Specialist to support the People team in Plano, TX. You will manage HR data integrity in the HRMS, assist with performance management and policy compliance, and partner with People Business Partners on various programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR (Master’s preferred) with 1–2 years of HR experience. Strong communication, analytics, and MS Excel skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, including internship preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with People Business Partners on Performance Management, development, and compliance.
• Oversee HRMS data accuracy, audits, and issue tickets for system problems.
• Support termination, relocation, and rehire processes; track compliance and quarterly metrics.
• Assist in implementing global/local programs, job mapping, and title reviews.
• Perform data analysis and audits; investigate policy violations and contribute to remediation.
• Handle internal relocation requests and participate in People function projects.
