Avride Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of HR Operations to lead and optimize U.S. HR Operations, ensuring a compliant, efficient, and employee-focused experience across the employee lifecycle. You will own HR systems, payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR service delivery, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal.

The role emphasizes scalable HR infrastructure, multi-state U.S. workforce support, and adherence to federal, state, and local laws, reporting to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations across the United States.
• Develop and improve HR processes, workflows, and service standards.
• Ensure a consistent positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational HR matters.
• Own and optimize HR technology ecosystem (HRIS, ATS, payroll, benefits).
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance and Legal to scale HR infrastructure.
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll processes, and compliance.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation per legal requirements.
