Target Global Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a Sr HR Specialist to enable the HR operating model. You will deliver HR processes, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and support staffing, onboarding, and employee engagement. You’ll interact with site leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive business outcomes.

You will handle day-to-day HR services, on-boarding activities, and confidential information with care, contributing to a positive team member experience in distribution centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, workforce routines, and training recordkeeping.
• Provide day-to-day HR services and guidance to leaders and staff.
