ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in Austin, TX, to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, applying HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to solve complex business challenges.

The role requires building relationships with external clients and internal partners, delivering clear guidance, proactive training, and ensuring client satisfaction through thoughtful, ethical service. A hybrid work model with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates must reside in or near Austin, TX due to travel requirements.
• Hybrid work model with frequent client visits and travel for onsite meetings.
• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues as an HR expert for ADP's largest clients.
• Communicate with clients to exceed expectations and provide prompt follow-up.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients and ADP leadership using best practices.
