Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management and organization.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Shared Services with onboarding and off-boarding activities.
• Support workforce reporting and HR system data entry.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and managers via phone, chat, or email.
• Collaborate with HR partners, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll on projects.
• Contribute to HRSS projects and process improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
