Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of admin experience with supervisory duties, or equivalent combinations.
• Or an associate degree and five years of progressive admin experience including supervisory capacity.
• High school diploma and six years of progressive admin experience with 18 months in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Recruitment in proposing low-cost recruitment strategies.
• Assess staffing needs and coordinate recruitment to fill positions quickly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment plans based on workforce needs.
• Build relationships with partner groups and educational institutions for pipelines.
• Supervise and train recruitment staff; monitor priorities and performance.
• Ensure timely, professional responses to candidate inquiries.
