Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and four years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience.
• An associate degree plus five years of experience with 18 months in supervisory capacity.
• A four-year high school diploma or equivalent and six years of administrative experience with 18 months in supervisory role.
• Education/experience equivalent to above with required supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Recruitment in proposing creative, low-cost recruitment strategies.
• Assess staffing needs and coordinate hiring activities to fill positions efficiently.
• Work with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans aligned with workforce plans.
• Establish relationships with partner associations and educational institutions to build a candidate pipeline.
• Supervise recruitment staff, set priorities, and monitor performance.
• Ensure timely, professional communications with candidates throughout the process.
• Prepare management reports on recruitment activity and civil service status.
